Add Cognitive Complexity as metric
Sonar released in 2017 a new way to calculate the complexity of code. This way of measuring complexity is more practical than cyclomatic complexity, and helps to improve the understandability and readability of code.

Thank you, but it is not the same. NPATH seems to be rising exponentially (only research in internet), so it is difficult to find a level that fits.

Thank you for your feedback. You may be interested in the NPATH function metric currently available in PC-lint Plus which provides an alternative nesting-sensitive methodology to cyclomatic complexity.
